Well the packaging is small and easy to open, as you can see by the picture it comes with what is shown above.

-2 sized wristbands (Large and small)

-The Fitbit bit that goes in the wristband

-The wireless sync thing, they call it a dongle...yeah

-USB charger

This isn't BRAIN SURGERY!

When you go to the site they have a very user

friendly "foolproof" set up and clear directions

along with animations to show you what to do.

Now if your buying this for your elderly parents or grandparents set it up for them if they aren't computer savvy. If you know computer basics you should be fine.

If you go to www.fitbit.com you can create your account, yeah it's free - no worries. I mean you just spent $100 on one why would you want to pay anymore, right?

The APPS are free on both Android and iPhone.

I just installed the android version on my Samsung Galaxy S4, took about 1 minute.
